Grand Mercure Sao Paulo Ibirapuera

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were great. The location, right beside the park, was perfect for us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the attentive staff.

The hotel had a nice decor and a perfect boulangerie with fresh baked pastries and a delicious mille feuille. The breakfast service was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to key areas in the city.

The smell of the rooms was unpleasant and there were hair and food pieces left from previous guests. The AC was noisy and made the air dry, and the strong smell woke me up when I turned it off.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a charming colonial-retro design. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel staff were polite and friendly, making me feel right at home. The outdoor pool area was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in São Paulo.

I was really surprised by the spacious rooms and comfortable beds at Grand Mercure. The pool was refreshing and the bakery inside the hotel was a good addition. The staff at the bakery and the late check-out option were also appreciated.

The location of this hotel is a major plus. It is very near to the large public park that locals can be seen streaming into on the weekend, which is perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The complimentary internet is a great perk for those needing to stay connected. the French bakery in the hotel is a delightful addition, offering delicious pastries for guests to enjoy.

The prices for breakfast and other meals/drinks are quite high, which may be a deterrent for budget-conscious travelers.

I recently stayed at Grand Mercure in Ibirapuera for a few days. The hotel provided a quiet and spacious room with attractive decor. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also had a clean gym and great restaurant options. The location was convenient, with nearby attractions such as Ibirapuera Park. Highly recommend!

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, particularly the Spa Centre, were impressive and fulfilled my needs for relaxation perfectly. the live entertainment at the cozy bar/lounge area made the evenings more enjoyable. In-room breakfast was prompt and delicious, served with a smile. the private facilities were immaculately maintained and personalized services added to the overall experience.

Despite an otherwise flawless stay, the only minor issue was with the fitness centre.

The hotel was ideally located in a residential area but still close to several attractions. We enjoyed dining at the French boulangerie attached to the lobby and the delicious croissants reminded us of our time in France. The proximity to the large public park allowed us to take leisurely strolls and observe the locals enjoying their weekends.

The pool was not well maintained and unfortunately, we were unable to use it during our stay.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico! Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione strategica dell'albergo, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e a breve distanza dalla spiaggia e dal centro della città. La camera era pulita e spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari come l'aria condizionata e la connessione Wi-Fi veloce. La cucina condivisa era ben attrezzata e ci ha permesso di preparare i nostri pasti comodamente. Inoltre, il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, assicurandosi che le nostre esigenze fossero soddisfatte.

L'unico aspetto negativo che abbiamo riscontrato è che la nostra camera si trovava al secondo piano e non c'era l'ascensore.
